BEGINNERS Class times; 6-6:45 pm Tues.-Fri. & 10-10:45 am Sat. This class is designed for our beginner students aged 6-12 years. We introduce basic karate techniques for students new to martial art training. Classes begin with a life skill lesson, stretching and warm-up exercises. We then move into the WTSDA’s traditional martial arts curriculum, self-defense, and character development training all while having fun. Our goal is to help students learn patience, concentration, respect, humility, discipline, and self-control. We also enhance the lives of our students through personal development and achievement.

ADVANCED Class time; 7-7:45 pm Tue.-Fri. & 10-10:45 am Sat. This class is designated for our intermediate ranked students ages 7-12. Students' balance, coordination, and timing will further be challenged as they practice various combinations with their basic hand and kick techniques, forms, and sparring skills. This class will also emphasize conditioning, self-defense and weapons training.

BLACK BELTS Class time; 8:50-9:30 pm Tue.-Fri. & 9-9:45 am Sat. This is an advanced class designated for our black belts who want to challenge their timing, coordination, strength, focus, endurance, and technical ability. This class will further develop each student's understanding of the art while also emphasizing conditioning and self-defense.
