Central Florida Tang Soo Do opened in 1999 and is a certified studio of the World Tang Soo Do Association.

We have an amazing 3,000 sq. ft. facility conducive to providing a safe, inspiring environment to learn our martial art form. 

 We are a family-friendly school open to all ages. We offer classes to children, homeschoolers, teens, adults, women, and seniors.

Our belt rankings are accepted at over 500 studios in every state in the US as well as across 36 countries all around the world. 

We teach an ancient Korean style of martial arts, Tang Soo Do, rich in history and tradition dating back more than 2,000 years. Literally translated, the word, "Tang" refers to the T'ang Dynasty of China, which reflects the shared cultural background between China and Korea. "Soo" means hand, but it implies fist, punch, strike or defense, "Do" means the way of life or art. Thus "Tang Soo Do" means the Korean classical martial art which was influenced by the T'ang method of martial art. Beyond the physical techniques and forms, Tang Soo Do encourages a healthy well balanced harmonious life; physically, mentally and spiritually.   

Rank in this traditional system comes from hard work and dedication. Classes are structured, disciplined, interactive, and fun. Self-awareness, self respect, safety and respect for others are emphasized at all times.
